The hiring process felt smooth and highly professional, but also a bit tedious and sophisticated.

I remember realizing fairly quickly that they wanted a real mix: technical understanding, aptitude, English and logical reasoning, and strong communication.

The interview environment demanded a go-getter attitude, and the way they framed it made communication feel like part of the evaluation rather than just a formality. I didn’t end up with an offer. Still, I respected how deliberate it felt—the process was clearly designed to filter for both skills and mindset, even if it was a lot to get through.
