Aditya Birla Group Software Engineer interview experience

The recruiter interaction felt positive enough that I expected feedback soon.

What hurt the experience was that I never heard back, even after the interview, which left me uncertain about whether I had been rejected or simply not updated. I didn’t receive an offer, and the lack of any feedback made the whole process feel incomplete and frustrating.
