I went through an online written test first, and it pulled from both general awareness and the technical domain, which made the first hurdle feel demanding.

After that, selected students were grouped for a case study.

Once shortlisted, I had a personal interview where they asked about both technical and management skills. They also pulled questions from my training, projects, and internships, so I couldn’t rely only on textbook knowledge. The difficulty was described as difficult overall, and that matched my experience because the questions were broad and connected to real background as well. I didn’t receive an offer, but the process was thorough and very clearly tried to measure both depth and how I presented what I’d done.
