I applied through the career section of Addepar and heard back about 10 days later.

The recruiter scheduled a general phone interview with another recruiter, and the call was pretty standard: resume-based questions plus career goals. I remember questions like why I wanted to join and where I saw myself in five years.

I got rejected the very next day. Honestly, it was disappointing, mostly because I couldn’t understand what I was supposed to learn from the interaction. There wasn’t any feedback or explanation, so it felt abrupt and confusing rather than clearly earned.
