My interview process was much more uncomfortable than I expected.

I was interviewed by two people, and while one person asked questions, the other spent the time staring and taking notes while reacting to my expressions and body language.

It didn’t feel normal or respectful to me, and it left me feeling uneasy throughout the conversation. I didn’t get the job, and honestly the experience itself was the biggest signal that this wasn’t a process that matched the way I wanted to be assessed.
