My process started with two interview stages spread across remote and in-person.

The first stage happened via webcam: I spoke with a senior HR contact and the manager of the team, and it felt thorough without being hostile. I appreciated that they balanced getting the information they needed with making me comfortable, and I didn’t have to worry about being strung along for decisions or updates.

After that, I moved into the second stage, and it was at the office about a week later. I felt at ease during the whole day because the people I spoke with were friendly and responsive, and the flow made it easy to keep the conversation going naturally.

The timeline felt smooth
