I had a pretty straightforward process with a strong emphasis on structure and friendliness.

It began with an initial phone conversation after applying, and when I arrived for the main interview, I was even offered refreshments while I waited. People were considerate and made the environment feel welcoming.

The interviews were split between online and in-person stages. In the online portion, I had the chance to talk through my background and I could ask questions throughout, which helped me build a clearer understanding of the company and the expectations. The in-person stage was more focused and a bit more formal, but the panel still felt approachable.
