I had a concise writing-first interview process for the Data Analyst role, with average difficulty and a quick transition between stages.

Recruiter outreach + writing sample request — I was emailed and asked for a writing sample.
Writing test — I completed a data analysis writing task and produced a brief report.
Phone interview scheduling — After submitting the writing test, they scheduled a phone interview.
Outcome — I didn’t receive an offer based on the information available; the process moved quickly from writing to the next stage.
