Burlingame, CAPosted Apr 2016 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I started by applying online and eventually got an Excel test that was fairly simple.

After that, I had a phone interview that felt basic, and then I was scheduled for a second phone interview that went a bit deeper. The pattern felt like they wanted to see my consistency across multiple check-ins, not just one good conversation.

After the phone stages, I arrived for an on-site interview where I had a written test focused on stats and logic. Then I met with multiple people over the course of the day, and the interviews had different flavors depending on who I spoke with—some focused on resume questions, while others pulled more quantitative threads like multiple regression.
