I went through several steps that started with a math and critical thinking test.

After that, I was invited to a day with two interviews. Both of those interviews centered on case study work, and the focus was on SQL and XML.

Even though the format was case-based, it didn’t feel like it required real software development. The interviewer pushed through practical scenarios where they wanted to see how I approached the problem, not just whether I could talk generally.

Overall, it was an average-difficulty experience and I didn’t end up with an offer. Still, the structure felt logical because each stage seemed to connect back to the kind of work the role would involve.
