Actalent Software Engineer interview experience

I talked through my experiences for about 30 minutes to an hour, and then the recruiter positioned me as a potential employee to their client organizations. It didn’t feel like a traditional multi-round interview arc—more like a quick screening and then a handoff.

Because the process was so direct, it made getting an opportunity feel easier than I expected. The experience wasn’t stressful, and I appreciated that it moved quickly instead of dragging on.
