I had a light interview that didn’t take much time, but I still found it genuinely interesting.

After the call, I felt like there was momentum and I was curious about next steps.

But I waited a long time—around six months or more—and never got the follow-up they implied they would make. The whole period of waiting made me doubt whether the process was actually moving.

I didn’t get an offer. My honest reflection was that the initial conversation was fine, even promising, but the long silence turned it into a frustrating experience because I was left hanging with no closure.
