ACL Digital Software Engineer interview experience

Negative

IndiaPosted Jan 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I walked into the process expecting a normal professional interview, but it immediately felt rough.

The way I was treated was rude and arrogant, and it didn’t feel like the interview was conducted with much professionalism at all. Throughout the process, I kept getting interruptions and negative commentary that felt unnecessary, and it made the whole experience stressful instead of fair.

By the end, the main takeaway wasn’t about the questions—it was about the lack of dignity and ethics in how the interview was handled. It was a horrible experience overall, and it left me with a strong feeling that I shouldn’t waste time going through their process again.
