Even though I don’t have many granular details on each round, the overall hiring process for me felt easy and positive.

The biggest theme was that the company focused on results, and the interview process was centered on how I handled change happening in the company.

It wasn’t just about the technical side; it was more about assessing whether I could support the team and adapt as the company evolved.

I received an offer. The reflection I had afterward was that the process matched the company’s priorities—success meant navigating change while keeping the team moving forward.
