My interview sequence was split cleanly into three stages: an HR round first, then a round with a senior member of the hiring team, and finally a round with the hiring manager.

It felt like each step increased my visibility and ownership over the conversation.

The process didn’t come across as overly technical in the way some other interviews do; it was more about aligning with the team and then finishing with leadership.

I received an offer. The thing I appreciated most was that the rounds sounded purposeful rather than repetitive, and by the time I met the hiring manager the process felt already decided in spirit.
