I was hired through campus, and it started with a written test.

The test covered Java and aptitude-style questions. That was the main structure I was able to describe from the process, but it clearly served as the initial filter.

Because the steps after the written test weren’t detailed, what I could take from the experience was that the early emphasis was on Java fundamentals and general aptitude.

I received an offer. Even with limited detail on the later steps, the fact that it began with a Java-and-aptitude written test made the overall process feel direct and outcome-focused.
