I was referred through a career transition firm, and from there I worked with the recruiter to get a phone screening and then a follow-up interview.

What really impressed me most was how fast the organization moved—everything seemed to progress at high speed.

I also noticed the structure of the teams and management levels: the teams were small, and there were enough layers of management to support things without making day-to-day interactions feel cumbersome. The overall vibe was energetic—never really dull.

I ended up getting an offer. Looking back, the interview experience blended together with the speed and responsiveness around it, and that momentum was the clearest part of the process for me.
