My interview flow was four technical/HR-style stages: a first technical round, a second technical round, a manager round, and then an HR round.

It felt like they kept layering on evaluation—first getting a technical signal, then validating it with another technical discussion, followed by management fit.

The difficulty was difficult, and the length of the sequence matched that. By the time I reached the manager and HR discussions, it felt like I was being assessed from multiple angles.

I received an offer. Honestly, the best part was knowing they had time to confirm fit at different levels rather than making a decision from a single conversation.
