Washington, DCPosted Mar 2017 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My first step was a short prior knowledge assessment with 10 basic questions covering math, measurement, and general knowledge.

The questions didn’t feel like a trap—they were simple checks to see what I already knew.

After that, they asked about flexibility on days of work, and my availability mattered. The recruiter-style expectation was clear: if you did well on the first interview you might get an offer right away, but even if a second interview happened, the chances of being hired were described as very high. I left feeling like the evaluation was efficient and centered on whether I could handle the basics and show consistent flexibility.
