I had to take a skills test through a third-party testing provider.

A few days after that, I was contacted to schedule a technical phone interview, and they were in a rush to get it set up the same day. Because I couldn’t make that original slot, it moved to the next day.

The technical phone screen lasted about an hour and was run by two people. The questions combined technical prompts with a focus on my experience—covering things like my positive and negative experiences at work. After that, I didn’t hear back.
