The early stages involved talking with recruiters, a phone screen, and then an online test.

After that, I moved into onsite interviews with engineering managers and a director. The interviews centered mostly on college experience, especially class projects.

They stayed friendly and weren’t described as terribly difficult, though I still had to retake the IQ test again once I arrived onsite. Overall, it felt like a typical interview flow that mixed early screening with a few manager conversations tied back to my student work.

I didn’t receive an offer, but the experience didn’t feel harsh—more like a structured evaluation of my background and how I spoke about projects.
