Accruent Software Engineer interview experience

I took an online assessment test that included basic analytical questions, English, and pattern matching. About two weeks later, I was asked to retake the test, so there was a bit of repetition built into the early stages.

A week after the retake, I interviewed with two engineering managers. The questions were primarily behavioral, and that matched the earlier emphasis on assessments rather than deep technical problem-solving.

I didn’t receive an offer, but the process felt calm and straightforward. The overall difficulty level stayed low, and the focus stayed on behavior.
