Accruent Software Engineer interview experience

After that, I set up a phone interview with a hiring manager, and the conversation went well from my perspective. She was friendly, and the discussion eventually turned to what came next, like touring the facility, meeting with a manager, and talking through pay options.

She told me I’d hear back in about five days, and for a while it sounded like things were moving. But after 10 days with no update, I emailed to check in. A few hours after I reached out, I received a cookie-cutter rejection message saying the role went to someone else.

What frustrated me was the timing and lack of clarity.
