Accion Labs Software Engineer interview experience

I judged the interview level around 7 out of 10—not something so easy that it didn’t test me, but not so harsh that it felt unreasonable either. I remember thinking it was balanced.

After I cracked the interviews, I received an offer letter right away. HR also explained the details of what was included and what they were expecting, so the wrap-up felt clear rather than vague. Overall, it landed as one of those experiences where the steps made sense and the communication at the end was solid.
