My interview started off with what felt like straightforward, basic questions rather than anything deep or highly technical.

The interviewer asked about how many years of experience I had with Python development, and then kept digging into what my actual contributions had been as a Python developer. I also got pulled into context questions like how big the team was and what kind of clients I’d worked with.

The overall vibe was that the interviewer wasn’t fully sure of the depth they needed, and it came across more junior than anything else. The questions stayed general and easy to answer, which made the round feel less like a technical evaluation and more like a quick background check.
