New DelhiPosted May 2021 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

The technical interview went well for me, but the managerial round was where everything turned.

The interviewer was rude and didn’t engage properly, and the discussion felt hostile rather than constructive. It was hard to know what they were really evaluating once the tone shifted.

Later, I did get selected, but HR didn’t seem willing or able to negotiate. They ended up not even calling me back afterward, even though I had expected the HR follow-up to matter. The selection happened, but the process around communication and negotiation left a bitter aftertaste.
