Accenture Full Stack Engineer interview experience

Once the role was confirmed and I accepted the offer, I expected the next steps to be clear.

Instead, the process turned into silence. After I accepted, the people in charge effectively stopped responding and I never got an update. That experience made the pipeline feel unstable right after I thought I had crossed the finish line.

I didn’t end up with a clear closure on my application timeline. Looking back, the interviews themselves weren’t the issue—it was the post-offer communication gap that left me feeling stuck.
