The recruiter stage came first, then I moved into a more interview-day style flow.

I had a video HR screening call followed by two rounds on a college campus, and each round was with a different hiring manager. Most of what I experienced was behavioral—teamwork, skills, and how I’d handled past experiences—with a few technical questions mixed in.

In the second round, the format shifted from pure Q&A to a task. I was given a prompt to prepare a five-minute client pitch about incorporating current technologies like AI, VR, and automation into a business plan. After I delivered that pitch, I had an additional email reply exercise.

Overall it felt designed to test
