My interview involved an aptitude round, followed by a technical round and then HR.

In the HR conversation, they asked about personal achievements and also discussed my preferred location of placement. The HR panel felt pretty lenient overall, and they let me in even though I was a bit late.

That HR tone made a difference for me because it reduced pressure right at the end, after the earlier stages were already demanding. The process ended with an offer, and the main reflection I kept was how much the interview atmosphere—especially from HR—can shape how the whole experience feels.
