Accelya Group Software Engineer interview experience

After completing everything, HR asked me to submit documents within two days.

Once the documents were submitted, I followed up when I hadn’t heard back about an offer letter. I kept trying to reach HR, but they didn’t pick up calls, and whenever they did, the messaging was always that it would be released “by today.” Eventually, after about a month of silence, they told me the position was on hold and that they’d get back to me once it opened.

After that, I didn’t get any further calls. I didn’t receive an offer in this journey, and the reflection I carried was that responsiveness matters.
