My process was very fast and felt on the easier side.

It began with an online exam focused on C and C#, and the exam itself was described as easy.

The technical interview depended on the exam scores: if my C score was higher than C#, the interview shifted to C, and if C# was higher, it shifted to C#. Either way, the interview was kept easy, and then I had an HR round that was also fairly easy.

The whole process took one day, and I ended up with an offer. My reflection was that it felt efficient and low friction, and the quick turnaround made it easier to stay confident through the steps.
