ABC Software Engineer interview experience

I started with a phone screen, then did a technical assessment. After that, I had an hour-long technical interview, followed by a final panel interview with three members that lasted about three hours.

There was also a separate behavioral discussion that ran for around thirty minutes. Overall, it took about three weeks from start to finish. The questions were grounded and practical—covering medical coding and anatomy/physiology topics, along with ICD guideline style knowledge. In the HR segment, it turned more personal: introduction, strengths and weaknesses, and how I viewed the company.
