ABC Software Engineer interview experience

I had a tougher time than I expected—by the middle of the process it already felt hard, even though the questions were still fairly standard.

I went through several rounds, roughly three technical steps followed by one behavioral round.

Most of what I was tested on centered on problem solving and my project work. Even when the questions were difficult, the interviewer stayed considerate, and that made it possible to keep going instead of shutting down.

I cleared the harder parts, but I still didn’t get an offer. Honestly, it left me with mixed feelings: the interview itself was challenging in a productive way, but the final decision didn’t line up with all the work I put in.
