I found this process very hard to crack.

I went through three rounds: a technical round, an aptitude round, and an HR round. Even a friend of mine who applied separately had a similar experience, which matched the overall feeling that the screening standards were tough.

The frustrating part was how decisive it felt—no matter how well I thought I did in earlier stages, the end result didn’t go my way. I didn’t receive an offer, and honestly it left me feeling like I needed a level of readiness beyond what I brought at the time.
