Orlando, FLPosted Jul 2024 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I had a quick recruiter interview and, even though it felt like it went decently, I didn’t move forward.

What stood out was how fast the decision came back—less than 20 minutes after the call, I got an email letting me know they wouldn’t proceed.

The whole scheduling process was handled by email or a web link, and the interaction was brief. Since I didn’t get an offer, the experience felt more like a rapid screen than a full evaluation of me for the role, and I ended up disappointed mainly because it was over so quickly.
