I remember feeling genuinely supported throughout my conversations.

Everyone I met with seemed knowledgeable and personable, and the tone was respectful from start to finish. The process took around a month, which surprised me only because I’m used to faster timelines, but it felt aligned with a strategic-level sales hiring effort.

As I moved through the steps, I got the sense that the team truly cared about the product, the vision, and how they thought about go-to-market. I ended up meeting multiple leaders across the business, and I didn’t feel like I was being pushed through a checklist—I felt like people were taking time to explain where they were headed
