Toronto, ONPosted Dec 2018 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

After an initial recruiter call, I moved through multiple onsite interviews that ended up feeling like a deep sweep of the job’s technology landscape.

The process was essentially phone screening followed by several onsite rounds, and the company approach was to check almost everything related to the role and technologies.

What made it memorable was how wide the technology stack felt. Instead of sticking to one narrow competency, the interviewers pushed across a broad range of technologies I claimed to know, using my answers as a springboard to probe further. The difficulty read as average to medium, but the breadth made it harder to relax.

I didn’t get an offer, but the experience didn’t feel arbitrary. It felt like a thorough assessment
