My experience leaned toward being very easy and, honestly, a little unsettling.

I had a sense that the hiring bar wasn’t very high—some days it felt like they would hire almost anybody. The main thing that gave me pause wasn’t the interview format itself so much as what I observed afterward, including concerns about safety while working and how little the process seemed to filter for fit.

The process overall didn’t feel rigorous. It gave off the impression that recruiters weren’t really weighing whether my skills matched what the job needed; instead, they were focused on meeting a checklist requirement. When the bar feels that low, the whole thing starts to feel less
