My interview experience felt like the company wasn’t putting much time into traditional structure.

From the beginning, the process seemed casual and fast, with little emphasis on formal office logistics—often it was wherever they could meet, sometimes even a coffee shop style setting rather than a set location. When I went in, it felt more like a quick check than a real multi-step hiring evaluation.

I was asked basic questions and the conversation circled around whether I was motivated and whether I had at least minimal wireless knowledge. The tone made it clear they weren’t aiming for a highly technical, deeply vetted profile, more like making sure I could communicate clearly and sell.
