Staff Operations Manager and Operations Analyst and Strategy & Data Analyst +2

About

I've spent over 12 years working across analytics, strategy, and operations at technology companies, both as someone who's gone through plenty of interviews myself and as a hiring manager who's interviewed and coached candidates. One thing I've learned is that doing well in an interview isn't always about knowing the right answer. It's about how you approach a problem, explain your thinking, and connect your analysis to real business decisions. That's what I focus on in my sessions. I like to keep things conversational and realistic, where you can think out loud, ask questions, and work through problems without feeling like you need to be perfect. We'll tailor the session to the roles you're targeting, practice relevant questions or business cases, and spend time discussing what went well and what could be improved. I'm especially comfortable helping with analytics, strategy, and business operations interviews, whether that's SQL, metrics, analytical problem solving, business cases, or behavioral questions. My goal is simple. I want to give you the kind of honest, constructive feedback I'd want someone to give me, so you walk away feeling more prepared and confident for your next interview.
