I am one among the 15 candidates selected for the first cohort of AI Forward Deployed Engineers in Canada. I have many more firsts - I work at the intersection of enterprise AI, engineering, and business outcomes. My focus is helping organizations move beyond AI experimentation and turn AI capabilities into solutions that work in real business environments. At IBM, I work with enterprise clients on AI and automation, bringing together technical architecture, customer discovery, workflow transformation, and the realities of deploying technology in complex organizations. My areas of focus include: • Agentic AI and multi agent orchestration • Retrieval augmented generation and enterprise knowledge workflows • Business automation, workflow integration, and decision intelligence • AI evaluation, governance, security, and operational reliability • Translating business problems into measurable technical outcomes I believe the next phase of enterprise AI will not be won by the most impressive demo. It will be won by teams that can integrate AI into existing workflows, evaluate what it gets right and wrong, manage risk, and demonstrate measurable value. I coach and mentor students, early professional hires, experienced candidates carefully planning for their pivot. Also assist with positioning for next best role, career strategy, resume review and interview preparation process.
