Senior Software Engineer

About

Ex-Meta Senior SWE and ex-EA engineer with 7 years in backend/platform engineering. At Meta, I built recruiting systems for interviewer matching, scheduling, and capacity, giving me insight into how technical loops work and where candidates lose points. I coach engineers on interview performance, offer negotiation, and career decisions—with practical, interviewer-side insight from big tech. Few professional activities carry as much leverage as a successful interview. A few hours of preparation and performance can meaningfully change the trajectory of a career. I enjoy helping candidates navigate that high-pressure environment and translate their experience into compelling interview performance.
