I've spent ~10 years building production software - most recently on the Microsoft Teams desktop app (TypeScript/React), and before that on Adobe Connect (React/Android). I've also run 100+ technical interviews: coding rounds and system design. How I run a session: like a real interview. I ask the questions we'd actually ask on a loop - with realistic time pressure and follow-ups - then spend the back half on a line-by-line debrief: exactly where you lost points, what a strong signal would have looked like, and the two or three things to fix before your next round. What I'm best at: coding interviews (data structures & algorithms), system design, and behavioral rounds. I also help with the parts around the interview - resume positioning, career moves, and offer strategy - from someone who's lived the big-tech cycle.
