I lead data and automation work at a large consulting firm, building generative AI systems in production: multi-agent workflows, RAG pipelines, and LLM orchestration on AWS Bedrock and Vertex AI. My path there ran through data engineering, software engineering, full stack development, data science, and machine learning, so I can follow a problem from the data pipeline to the model to the product, and I know how interviewers probe each layer. I recently moved from senior individual contributor into management, so I also know what is expected at both levels. How a session runs. We open by agreeing on your target role and the one thing you most want fixed. Then you do a realistic, timed mock: a behavioral round, a technical case, or a system design question. I give specific feedback on what you said, what a strong answer sounds like, and a rewrite you can reuse. You leave with two or three concrete things to practice before we meet again. What I offer.
