Asked in the onsite 1:1 #3 stage as a technical design skills interview. We are looking for a concise, specific view of how you work as a UX/UI designer, not a list of software names or personality traits. Explain how your strengths create value, how you actively manage a genuine weakness, and how your tools support research, interaction design, prototyping, collaboration, and delivery. A strong answer connects your design style to user outcomes, accessibility, Fluent design principles, and collaboration with engineering and product partners. Use a brief example and quantify the result where possible.
