Engineering wants to reduce context switching because the team is currently supporting 11 active workstreams. Customer Success is pushing for fast fixes to unblock two escalated renewals. The project has no additional headcount and only $120,000 left in vendor and contractor budget for the next two quarters. The conference demo deadline is in 14 weeks, while the full roadmap spans the next 9 months. Two roadmap items depend on the Identity team, which can only provide 30% of one engineer's time for the next 6 weeks.
