Your question is Project Learnings. Take a moment with it on the right.
Talk me through your thinking if you like. When you're confident, submit your answer and I'll grade it like a real screen (7/10 or better passes).
What are the key learnings of the project?
Asked in the Interview stage, this question evaluates whether you can reflect on a completed project rather than simply describe its deliverables. The interviewer is probing for ownership, adaptability, prioritization, collaboration, and your ability to turn experience into better engineering practices.
A strong answer should use one specific project, identify both technical and interpersonal learnings, explain what you personally changed or would change, and connect those lessons to measurable project outcomes where the details are available. Avoid listing generic statements such as “communication is important.”
