The remaining delivery budget is $120,000, including vendor testing and compliance review. Estimated effort is: SSO = 18 engineer-weeks, Audit Logs = 14 engineer-weeks, Billing Migration = 20 engineer-weeks. At most two projects can run in parallel because the same backend lead is needed on all three. Missing the enterprise renewal deadline in Week 8 risks immediate revenue loss.
