My process started with recruiter screening and felt pretty structured. After the initial CV screening, I got an email that asked where I saw myself across a range of stacks (backend and frontend options were mentioned). Then I moved into an online manager interview that focused on me—“tell me about yourself” plus a set of soft-skill style questions about how I work and collaborate.
A short live technical round came next. It was the kind of LeetCode-like live coding where I had to think on my feet and talk through my approach, plus technical questions that matched the area I’d chosen. Even though it was relatively quick, it still felt like a real evaluation rather than just small talk. Across the stages, the feedback I received was described as clear, and it moved at a pace that felt smooth overall.

Average Neutral Pune
My process was short and fairly direct. I began with an HR interaction, and then I moved quickly into a technical conversation with a team lead. There was supposed to be an additional technical touchpoint, but it felt like they’d already formed a view after the second interview.
I didn’t advance further after that, and I received a message soon after the technical round indicating they’d moved on with another direction. Because it was so brief, it felt less like a deep technical evaluation arc and more like a quick fit-and-signal check.
