I started with a short recruiter conversation to align on the role and what I was looking for. From there, the process moved quickly into a hiring-manager interview that dug into my technical background and how I fit with the team.
Next came two rounds of technical work, both in a fairly structured format. One centered on OOP/LLD topics, where I talked through how I’d structure classes and model behavior. The other was a LeetCode-style coding/problem-solving session, focused more on algorithmic reasoning than memorizing tricks. Across these sessions, the difficulty felt consistently “average”—challenging enough to think, but not so opaque that I couldn’t find traction.

Difficult Positive New Delhi
My process started with a recruiter screen, where we talked through my background and motivation and I got a clear sense of what their technical rounds usually look like. After that, the interviews ramped into two main technical areas: coding/OOP-style design and DSA/LeetCode-style problem solving. The coding problems leaned toward building small, concrete applications and modeling behavior—things like implementing a deck of cards with operations such as shuffle/deal.
As the rounds went on, the difficulty increased in a way that made me slow down and be more precise. I had to design with OOP in mind, then switch gears to algorithms where questions like “best time to buy and sell stock” showed up, with follow-ups that explored variations and edge cases. One of the technical tracks also felt like system design for a small product: I designed a poker-like card game, implemented the logic/classes, and then discussed how I’d think through different scenarios.
